About me

I'm 27, I'm trans, and I'm running for Congress

1% of the US population is trans. If I am elected, we will be equally represented in Congress (minus 1 senator)

The oldest representative in Congress was born just 10 days

after the World Premiere of Snow White. Let's admit it, most

voters aren't 1000 years old, nor do they have $1 million in assets;

isn't it time for "we the people" to truly mean We the People.

I don't have a fancy resume.

I know that I don't have a resume to match my opponents, or really ANY member of Congress. I went to 3 different colleges before dropping out (Colorado Christian University, Community College of Aurora, and Metro State University of Denver), I've worked in retail my entire adult life, my social presence before joining the race was barley existent, but that doesn't make the fire inside me any less intense. I think many more Americans can look at my background and relate to me than those that look at Rick Scott's half a billion-dollar net worth and go "he's just like me".

Let's talk about the elephant in the room

Yes. I'm trans. Yes, I am aware of the stigma of trans people in politics on both the left and right but that's exactly why I am running. Following the 2024 election, blame got shifted to the trans community at a time where I was struggling with my own gender identity. The desire to explore that part of me was at odds with the part of me that wanted to stay hidden, to not be seen as "part of the problem". I knew I could use my experience with gender to motivate a new generation and entering politics was the perfect way to help break down the stigma our community faces on a daily basis, just as Sarah McBride is doing in Delaware.

Commitment to transparency

I will never shy away from difficult questions

My consituents are my top priority

You are who you are. No one can tell you who you are but you. Whoever you know yourself to be, you are right.
